Hoosier Riverwatch Basic Training Workshop

Become a certified volunteer water quality monitor! This training certifies citizens and educators to test a local stream and submit information to a state database. Methods are hands-on and include habitat, chemical, and biological assessment. Educators earn seven professional growth points but anyone 18 and over can be a Hoosier River-watcher! Sessions will be inside and outdoors, so dress for the weather and to get your feet wet. Bring a sack lunch. Registration required by September 30.
