Mail
All mail will be delivered at the noon meal on weekdays by the Receptionist. Saturday's mail will be delivered on Monday. If you are not in the building at noon, the mail will be left at the Reception Desk. If you wish to mail a letter, leave it at the Reception Desk Monday through Friday. Stamps are sold at the Reception Desk.
Newspaper Subscriptions
A resident wishing to subscribe to the newspaper will need to contact the South Bend Tribune or have a family member arrange for a subscription.
Telephones
Portage Manor provides a phone in the conference room for local calls. Each resident is allowed 2-10 minute, long distance calls per month. Conference room hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
